INDULAC is certified by governmental and non-governmental entities that regulates the processes of elaboration and quality of the products that are produced in our facilities.
Puerto Rico Department of Health: Provides a two-year license for a pasteurizing plant for milk and dairy products.
Federal Drug Administration (FDA): Performs annual inspections of the manufacturing processes governed by federal regulations.
Puerto Rico Agriculture Department License: Authorizes the Dairy Industry of Puerto Rico to produce INDULAC brand products and others that we process for private brands. It is valid for one calendar year.
United States Department of Agriculture (USDA): Awarded biannually by USDA inspectors after quality and manufacturing verification controls.
Orthodox Union: A voluntary certification which validates that the processes of cleaning and production of our products comply with the specifications of “KOSHER” products.
Safe Quality Food Level 2: Additional and voluntary certification from a private entity focused on food safety.
