Every day, at the Indulac’s plant in Hato Rey, 90 employees from all regions of Puerto Rico come to work, who with great care and dedication produce dairy products of the highest quality that feed our people.
Our workforce includes professionals from diverse areas ranging from Electricity and Refrigeration Technicians, Mechanics, Programmers, Financiers, Administrators, Microbiologists, Agronomists, Chemicals and Industrial Engineers, among others. They have a high educational level, with 51% graduated from high school, 11% from master’s and 23% have an associate degree.
That educational experience is enriched each year with a comprehensive development program that includes a minimum of 15 hours of annual training for each employee, representing more than 1,500 hours of courses and workshops annually.
