On a daily basis, 106 employees from all regions of Puerto Rico come to work at the Indulac plant in Hato Rey, who with care and dedication produce dairy products of the highest quality that feed our people.
Our workforce includes professionals from various areas ranging from Electrical and Refrigeration Technicians, Mechanics, Programmers, Financiers, Administrators, Microbiologists, Agronomists, Chemists, and Industrial Engineers, among others. They have a high level of education, with 51% graduating from bachellor’s degree, 11% with master’s degrees, and 23% holding an associate degree.
That educational experience is enriched each year with a comprehensive development program, which includes a minimum of 15 hours of annual training for each employee, representing more than 1,500 hours of courses and workshops annually.
